Epicenter Land Corp announces the signing of Avon Studio Rentals to a lease of ELC’s 1021 Lillian property consisting of 21,000 sq. ft. warehouse and 35,000 sq. ft. of truck parking. Avon will use the property to provide production trucking and equipment rentals to the entertainment industry.
